UPDATE: June 26 2020

We will be returning to our normal office schedule on July 1st. Both the Lake Zurich and Elgin offices will be open Monday from 9am-6pm and Tuesday – Thursday from 8am-5pm.

We are following all CDC and Illinois Department of Health guidelines for COVID-19. The safety of our staff and patients is our top priority.

In light of the current events surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in our community we would like to assure our patients that we are currently open and seeing patients. We are currently working with a reduced schedule as follows:

Elgin office (Phone: 847-468-9900) Open Mondays and Tuesdays 9am-5pm

Additional appointment times for urgent medical concerns may be available as needed – please call the office to inquire.

We also have adopted patient screening measures as recommended by the CDC and local health systems that may result in some patients’ appointments being cancelled or rescheduled.

In addition to our normal routine cleaning procedures, we are adhering to the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfection to prevent the spread and transmission of of COVID-19.

Please check back regularly for any updates to our hours and operations as this is fluid situation.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to continue to provide excellent care while keeping our patients, employees and communities safe.

Please call us to reschedule your appointment if you or a household contact –

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Difficulty Breathing
