I had spider vein symptoms that started in my mid-20s and they just proceeded to get worse and worse. The pain was a dull ache down the side of my leg. This pain affected my daily life because I stand all day long. I’m a massage therapist and so it made it very uncomfortable.

When I had my first meeting with Dr. Sorenson they did the ultrasound and discovered that it wasn’t just a surface vein issue but that I actually had valve issue that was causing the problem.

The actual procedure itself is very quick, it’s very easy. I haven’t experienced any pain. So not only are the surface veins gone but I also don’t have the dull ache on the side of my leg.

Dr. Sorenson has such a friendly demeanor and makes you feel very warm and very welcome and he made me feel very comfortable that the procedure we are doing now is going to prevent any further damage of the veins and keep my life as active as possible.
